Checking in as I recently had another 2019 Bedrock that was drinking well. This is delicious, even succulent, but is still showing a lot of tannin. So despite the lovely aromas and flavors, I am going to hold off on my other bottles for a few years. I love the Evangelho soul, but would prefer to trim the claws.
