Valle de Casablanca.
A joint venture between Michel Laroche of Chabilis and Chilean winemaker Jorge Coderch of Valdivieso.
This is one of those wines that started out quite good and then, with each successive bottle, became less so. This is my last bottle.
Vegetal nose, peppery.
Some green vegginess (green beans, I think), sweet, with vanilla and brown sugar, peppery, not much acidity (except for a bit at the end), soft and flat.
Bought several bottles in May 2005 and was surprised at how quickly the wine fell apart.
