Interesting. I doubt a significant portion of those are from the Tsar's collection, I'm betting more Stalin's Georgian wines. I was originally thinking there might be a lot of Massandra wines, but no mention of Crimea.
I think the Tsars (and 19th century Russian nobility in general) had a rep for really loving sweet wines (inc Yquem) and sweet Champagne.

Probably not significant in quantity but significant in stature are the Bordeauxs according to a book written by the Sydney wine merchant who discovered the cellar and was give the list of wines.

• Château d'Yquem: An astonishing cache of over 200 bottles from the 1800s and early 1900s, with vintages dating as far back as 1847.
• Château Lafite Rothschild: Includes the legendary 1877 vintage.
• Château Mouton Rothschild: Features the rare 1874 vintage.
• Château Margaux: Includes the 1884 vintage.
• Château Suduirant: Vintages including 1899.

In quantity those would be diluted by the "extensive barrels and bottles of Stalin's personal favorites from his home region, most notably Khvanchkara (a natural semi-sweet red)."
