Wow, it’s been four years since I last opened one of these. It’s still got a full platter of dark red fruit, along with a meaty streak a mile wide. Throw in a touch more acidity, and I could have been fooled into thinking I was drinking a high end, top vineyard site St. Joseph. Well balanced, so I’m not at all concerned about waiting four more years before I try another.
