No wine Monday with an interesting farro& bean chili.

Turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes, salad
2023 Chermette Originee BeaujolaisVV
Black raspberry, coffee, floral with a green note. Vibrant and fun. B/B+

Miso black cod, rice with furikake, sesame spinach
2022 Clemens Busch Rothenpfad Grosses Gewachs
Lovely, long, luscious, Crunchy white fruits, citrus, wet rocks. Quite long. Young but delicious, B+/A-

Grade disclaimer: I'm a very easy grader, basically A is an excellent wine, B a good wine, C drinkable. Anything below C means I wouldn't drink at a party where it was the only choice. Furthermore, I offer no promises of objectivity, accuracy, and certainly not of consistency.
