Susan & I tried last night:
1. Fool'sGold WillametteVlly WW (12.5%; Chard+SauvBlanc; www.BowAndArrowWines.com) Bow&Arrow/Dundee/OR 2022: Light gold color some cloudy w/ lots of tiny bubbles that dissipate; fairly ripe melony/Chard slight herbal/SB slight stony/mineral bit lemony/citric rather attractive/fragrant/simple nose; quite tart/tangy/slight metallic/citric rather savory/briney slight chalky/citric very Loire-like pleasant flavor;med.long metallic/citric finish that mocks flavor; a pleasant/citric/metallic white a bit on the simple side; should improve w/ a few yrs age. $28.00 (SFW&S)

2. Marietta OVR OldVineRed/Ranch CA RW (13.5%; Lot #75) V&B by OldVineRed/Geyserville NV: Very dark/near black color; very strong Am.oak/vanilla quite dusty/OV very strong blackberry/Zin/spicy very attractive nose; bit soft strong blackberry/Zin/very spicy/boysenberry rather dusty/OV some Am.oak/vanilla straightforward Zin flavor w/ modest chewey tannins; very long strong blackberry/Zin finish that tracks flavor; a beautiful intense Zin of the level of LyttonSprings but not as spicy or complex; stupid/silly price for an intense like this. $18.00 (SFW&S)

More bikkerlick from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. I have, of course, followed the OVR made by Chris Bilbro from the very start. For the first few yrs, he didn't identify by a Lot #, but after about the 3'rd vintage, he started to put a Lot # on the label. So we're now up to Lot#75. The early ones were a bit on the light/simple side. But this #75 strikes me as the best OVR yet, made by his son Scott Bilbro who now runs the Marietta label (Jake Bilbro runs Limmerick Lane and Sam runs Idlewild). This OVR # 75 strikes me as the best OVR that Scott as yet made. Stupid/silly price.
