Cracked this value wine last night:
1. Ch.Cessaras Ad'OP: Minervois Cuvee Olric (14.5%; 60% Syrah/20% Mourvedre/20% Carignane; www.DomaineCoudoulet.com; TheWineHouse/SanFrancisco) 2022: Very dark color; very strong spicy/Syrah/blackberry/rather peppery very Rhonish/bit roasted light toasty/oak some complex nose; lightly tart bit tangy/metallic strong Syrah/blackberry/peppery bit rough/rustic/earthy dusty/OV slight toasty/oak bit complex flavor w/ modest rough tannins; very long rough/rustic finish that mocks flavor; a rather rough/rustic/rugged Syrah loaded w/ Syrah flavor; a bit Rhonish in character; a savory/rugged red at a very attractive price; needs another 3-5 yrs of age yet. $16.00

More cesspool from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. This is an estate, run by the Ournac family in the heart of the Minervois region of the Languedoc, that has no relation to the Ch. du Coudoulet of the Perrin family, the 2'nd wine of Dom. du Beaucastel in the CdP region.
