Tried this new wine last night:
1. Alfredo Maestro el Rey del Glam Garnacha (13.5%; Maceration Carbonica; LLaurador Wines/Fairfax) Costilla Leon/Espana) 2023: Med.light color; strong Grenache/grapey/strawberry slight soda pop/CM light earthy/rustic rather simple/grapey nose; quite soft bit metallic strong grapey/CM/soda pop tangy/metallic slight Grenache/strawberry simple grapey flavor w/ little tannins; short metallic/tangy/grapey finish that tracks flavor; speaks quietly of Grenache but mostly dull/simple/grapey/CM wine w/ little interest; way overpriced for such a dull wine. $30.50 (KK)

More glamborego from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. LLaurador is the natural wine arm of JosePastor. I generally avoid his wine because of this plus usually overpriced. This was probably a natural wine but showed no natty character that I could pick up.

That sounds exactly like what I expect any carb mac red to taste like! Yuck.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
