What a great time to drink this! Still lots of dark red fruit, very meaty, and just enough tannin to hold things together. Probably good for another 2-3 years, but I am happy to be drinking it tonight. Was great with the black bean tacos!

Thanks for the black bean taco recipe, tried my hand on Saturday night (though *late*), they were excellent.
Wine sounds lovely too.

I ended up cellaring a good bit, mostly Syrah and some Cab. I did end up with a 10 year old Trousseau that had gotten lost. It was outstanding. Made me go back and buy more of their Trousseau.
