2021 Terravista Vineyards Fandango Okanagan Valley White Blend
A blend of Albarino and Verdejo. Sufficient fruit (lemon, pineapple guava) but the assertive acidity will outlive it. Drink with a water chaser or have the Tums standing by at bedtime!

2024 Ca' del Baio Langhe Nebbiolo Langhe DOC
A guest brought this to dinner. As someone in CT put it: fresh, light, crushable. I'd add pleasantly simple with fruit in the same lane as Red Vine licorice. Easily drinkable but childlike, can't see this growing into anything more than it is now.

2019 Idlewild Nebbiolo Lost Hills Ranch Yorkville Highlands
When I saw the guest's bottle, I opened this. In a great place right now but more to the point, wanted to show what a good American winemaker can do with the grape.

2022 Massican Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley
And before dinner, we had this. An excellent bottle (four prior have been all over the place). Great fruit, some reduction but in a good way. Chablis-like, in fact.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov

The Idlewild Nebbiolos have been developing really well. Light, but fragrant and delicious.
