Surprisingly light in color, but just as aromatic and flavorful as usual, this is a more elegant Old Vine Zinfandel, but that makes it even a little more drinkable than usual. I would not call in a “quaffer” but that wouldn’t be too far off. Drink now and over the next 2-3 years to capture it at its youthful best.
