  • 2023 Selbach-Oster Zeltinger Himmelreich Riesling Auslese Anrecht - Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer (11/13/2025)
Another notch in the belt for Selbach-Oster, this has tons of tropical fruit, but also a deep core of crisp apple that grounds it in the Middle Mosel. Properly sweet Auslese, there is more than sufficient acidity to keep it lively, and plenty of palate depth to accompany highly flavorful, even a little bit spicy food.
