More kikklesplat from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. The Gruner cleared up a bit overnight, leaving behind an earthy/little fruit coarse expression of GV.
Some yrs ago, Darrell Corti came across a TN of Thomas Jefferson written when he was the ambassador to France. He gave it to Izzy Viara & asked if he could replicate a Nebb that fit the TN. It was a claret-like wine (Clare) with a slight effervescence and very fragrant aromatics. This is the J.C. (Jefferson-Corti) cuvee. This may be the best J.C. that Vajra has yet made. Of course, Nebbiolo purists will dismiss this wine out of hand because it's not Barolo. Their loss of a quite pretty expression of Nebbiolo.
