1996 Clerico Arte - this is a blend of 90% nebbiolo and 10% barbera, made since 1981 by a well known Barolo producer. I had been ignoring it for a few years but decided that I'd better try a bottle to see if it was still sound - it is. High neck fill, quite dark red, with a nebbiolo nose and not as much oak on it as I recall from tasting it a decade ago. A decent solid wine that has levelled out and is quite decent today.

You should be fine - pop a cork and post a note! (I also have one 1998 left)
