TN: 2014 Chapoutier Domaine de Bila-Haut Occultum Lapidem

2014 Chapoutier Domaine de Bila-Haut Occultum Lapidem - note that this isn't the regular Roussillon, which looks the same but lacks the last two words on the label and costs half as much. This was no longer showing purple in the glass as it did when I bought it some years ago, but it was a lambent clear medium red, showed raspberry in the nose plus a bit of garrigue/thyme and a medium length smooth finish. No rush to drink (but sadly it was my last bottle) - wish I had laid down more.

I think it is better with a bit of age.
