2005 Château Cos d'Estournel St. Estèphe Red Bordeaux Blend
Decanted three hours before serving. Very good with steak but not showing the depth or resonance I know Cos is capable of.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov

I’ve read numerous notes elsewhere that 2005 (like 2000) is developing very slowly.
