WTN: The Hissing of Summer Sauvignon Blanc

  A textbook example of why I don’t like Sauvignon Blanc. While there is nothing technically wrong with the wine, it’s too grassy and there’s not enough actual fruit to handle it, so the end result is the bag from the lawnmower after finishing up a trim. Yikes!
  
  Thankfully it was from my dad’s cellar, so cost me nothing.

Due to my background in Biology I always think of that aspect of sauvignon blanc as hay infusion rather than glass clippings. But look on the bright side. You didn't get any cat's pee.
