First from a six-pack purchased on release, this might be starting to shut down a bit, as it took several hours to open up and show itself. When it did the wine was delicious, with fresh, mouthwatering acidity, crisp fruit, and a long, vibrant finish. Just moderate sweetness, so with the acidity it is very food friendly. Happy to have more, but will likely give it 3-5 years to come out of its shell.</li>
