Two from an in-store tasting on Friday:

2022 Nibiru Weiss Kamptal White Blend
A blend of Gruner Veltliner, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Fruhroter Veltliner, Gelber Muskateller, Chardonnay and Muller Thurgau. Interesting and geeky, an in-store taste I'd have loved to take a glass to a corner and study as it warms up (it was served ice cold). Bone dry and complex, might need more aging.

2019 Nibiru Rot Kamptal Red Blend
A light red Zweigelt/Merlot blend that didn't win me over. Might be a carb mac wine--not sure, but it tasted of that process which I personally don't care for.

Yeah, that is a producer that does a lot of the process you do not care for. I don’t like it either.

Full CM to me is yet another form of spoofulation: the process overwhelms the character of the grapes. CM Mencia tastes more like CM Gamay or CM Fer Servadou than it does a more standard Bierzo. OTOH, I am quite fond of semi-carbonic Cru Beaujolais.
