2021 Domaine des Roches Neuves Saumur L'Insolite Chenin Blanc
Drank over five days. This is a different style of Chenin: extracted bright yellow color, high acid, impossible to drink on Day One. I had a little bit every day for the next four days and it got better (Day Three best) but it was never balanced, attractive or satisfying. Glad I only bought one bottle.
