- 2018 Alain Hudelot-Noëllat Bourgogne - France, Burgundy, Bourgogne (2/8/2025)
A bottle a few years ago was quite approachable. This one, while tasty enough, was rather blocky/ foursquare. There was plenty of dark fruit, but not much of anything else except some finishing tannin. One bottle left which I will hold for a while as a bit of a science experiment.
