Had these two new Kermit-Lynch arrivals over the last two days:
1.
Bastien Jolivet Cuvee de Louis VdF (13%; 70% Roussanne/30%; Aged: 6 mo., 70% 600l oak casks, 30% in SS; MeBaD; www.DomaineJOlivet.Fr; KermitLynch/Berkeley) Dom.Jovliet/St.Jean de Muzols 2022: Med.gold color; fairly mineral/stony/bit earthy light honeysuckle/Rouss rather Rhonish some complex nose; lightlytart rather mineral/stony some Rouss/honeysuckle//floral bit pear/Viog somewhat savory flavor; very long mineral finish that tracks flavor; quite an attractive Rhonish expression of Rouss much like a rich St.Joseph Blanc. $32.00 (K-L)

More jollikripple from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. This is a new discovery by Kermit-Lynch. Bastien uses a site that was once the old Trollot vnyd & now go into the wines of Gonon Bros. I really liked both of the whites. They speak of NRhone whites but show more richness & texture than most.
