Had these two Prima IlConsorzio wines over the last few days:
1. Dom.de Rochebin Ad'OC: Bourgogne Aligote (12.5%; Massanois LLC/NY) Maconnais 2022: Med.light gold color; strong Aligote/fragrant rather stony/chalky almost Chard/Chablis-like rather WhiteBurg nose; quite tart/tangy strong Aligote/WB fairly rich rather chalky/stony/earthy bit mineral/steely very Chablis-like flavor; very long stony/mineral fairly Aligote/Chablis-like rather savory finish that tracks flavor; a rather attractive expression of Aligote much like a Junior WB. $18.00 (Prima IlC)

2. Bibbiano Passotasso IGT: Toscana (14%; Massanois/NY) Tenuta di Bibbiano/Castellina in Chianti) 2019: Med.color; fairly strong cherry/Sangio/black cherry light earthy/loamy slight pencilly/oak rather Chianti-like nose; lightly tart/tangy some cherry/Sangio/black cherry bit spicy some earthy/dusty/OV/bit loamy slight pencilly/oak bit rough flavor w/ light brisk tannins; med. cherry/Sangio finish that tracks flavor; a pleasant simple Chianti but just that; rather unthrilling. $16.00 (PrimaIlC)

More deppledork from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. I really liked the Aligote. Aligote often tastes like a lesser grape. This one was of WB quality.
