WTN: Carlisle Syrah SonomaCnty '22....(short/boring)

My new Carlisle order arrived last week, so I cracked last night:
1. Carlisle Syrah SonomaCnty (14.4%; 390 cs) 2022: Very dark color; strong blackberry/boysenberry/Syrah/lightly spicy some toasty/oak slight roasted/Rhonish quite attractive fairly basic Syrah nose; bit soft fairly rich/lush strobg Syrah/blackberry/boysenberry/ripe some toasty/oak slight roasted quite attractive flavor w/ light smooth tannins; long soft finish that tracks flavor; a fairly rich/lush ripe Syrah at a great price. $26.00

1. This is Mike's basic blended Syrah that mimics his SonomaCnty as real values in the Carlisle portfolio. Not as interesting & complex as his Papa's Block Syrah but a good/solid Syrah that tastes of Carlisle. Quite a good value.

Yup.... purely Sonoma fruit. I think the Bedrock is more interesting whilst this comes off as mostly Carlisle winemaking.
