- 2022 Müller-Catoir Haardter Bürgergarten Muskateller Erste Lage - Germany, Pfalz (12/11/2024)
This is about as expressive a bottle of Muscat as one is likely to find. It’s also dry, and available for $30! The floral and citrus aromas were a complete knockout, and the finish carried on and on. Truly a wonderful bottle, and very happy to have a lot more of this. I have been following this bottling since the 1990s, and current versions are at just as high a level as the legendary bottlings from the HGS years at Catoir.
