1993 Hardys Cabernet Sauvignon Thomas Hardy - I'd wondered if this one might not be on the slide as it had been some years since I sampled it, but it wasn't - a nice nose of mint and a bit of dill plus another herbal element I couldn't put a name to, sweet fruit in the mouth, starting to get paler at the edges but entirely pleasurable. My last bottle.
