Been reading about it on various social media channels. Constellation looks bad, but I doubt they care, as the people who are judging them don't drink their Meiomi swill anyway.

Strawberry milk shake was my take, but frosting works.

In the U.S., truth is an absolute defense to libel and slander, as I understand it. Since the amount of residual sugar is determined with a simple lab test, I don't see this as anything but a SLAPP suit and I hope Adam gets it thrown out and his fees paid by the loser.

Unless something new just happened, I don’t think he’s been sued. But I’m a week out of date.

I'm friends with him on FB so following the story in real time, and no there hasn't been a lawsuit, just threats from Constellation's lawyer, Adam's excellent letter back to said lawyer, and a lot of bad press for Constellation. I'm guessing it's going to end there.

Yes, gotta wonder what Constellation's lawyer was thinking in first place. Since easy to prove levels, there's not much upside.
