Douro white wine.

2021 Ramos Pinto Douro Duas Quintas Branco.

I was at a RP tasting downtown last weekend. The wines were excellent but this white really stood out and flew off the shelf. Could well be one of my WOTY.
4 varieties, pale lemon in color. Enticing nose with green apple, lime, herbs touch of oak. Good mid-palate grip, nice length. "Could maybe use a tad more acidity" a few thought? Dry, nice stone fruit..a memorable wine indeed. 13%alc, $27 Cdn.

I should add there was an excellent white port and a couple of reds and tawnys.
