No wine Mon (hot honey chicken and collards) or Tuesday (lobster/corn/tomato salad.

Wednesday was lovely, and we made it to the riverfront concert. Grilled salmon over soba and vegetables, yellow watermelon with feta

2018 Reichsgraf von Kesselstatt Riesling Josephshofer Kabinett Feinherb.
This shows more 2018 than it does feinherb, sweet and a little heavy, though there is a bit of acidic cut on backend and it has a good finish. Peaches and pears, a little gingery spice. B-

2023 Sirio Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo
Cranberry juice color, flavors of strawberry and watermelon with a light touch of herb. Refreshing, but not the depth of say Tiberio (much less Pepe). B/B-

Thursday chuck blade steaks (in Jenise’s Yosemite marinade), pasta with cherry tomatoes and basil, yellow wax beans, and salad
2002 Leoville-Poyferre
Still plenty of tannic structure, some cassis and tobacco, but oak notes and a glossiness that doesn’t hark back to the great Poyferres of yore. B-

Grade disclaimer: I'm a very easy grader, basically A is an excellent wine, B a good wine, C drinkable. Anything below C means I wouldn't drink at a party where it was only choice. Furthermore, I offer no promises of objectivity, accuracy, and certainly not of consistency.

I assume you are just noting the meals in your Reporter Fashion, and not implying that there was no wine at these meals because of the food matches?! Because with your varied collection, surely something would match these dishes...

I just list non-wine meals for my own personal continuity. If I get backed up helps me remember wines on other nights.
I think the hot honey chicken might require a little thought- first things that come to mind are rose or just off dry Riesling, but not that hot so think could match ok with Beaujolais or bubbles too. I'm boring with lobster, 90% of time white Burg.
