- 2015 Cantina dei Produttori Nebbiolo di Carema Carema Riserva - Italy, Piedmont, Northern Piedmont, Carema (7/1/2024)
Almost exactly three years to the day since my prior bottle, and this has settled in nicely. Certainly still youthful, but the aromatics are haunting and compelling. The rose, cherry, earth, and licorice revolve around each other, and on the palate they are tethered to the tannic sun. Light bodied for Nebbiolo, but that makes it all the more charming that it has so much aromatic and flavor depth. Tough to beat for under $30.

Good to hear. I have only the '16 Riserva (a Crush purchase some years ago) and will hold off a while longer.

I have the ‘16 as well. We can both check in later.
