Impulsive pop and pour, but wow is this good. Full fruit still in place, but also significant earthy/forest floor notes that get stronger over time. Somewhat tannic, but not out of balance to the fruit, and a long, savory finish compels another sip. Quite astounding considering its relatively young age, but no regrets opening it tonight.
