More zittlefart from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. Catarratto is a high-yielding white variety planted mostly on Sicily. Often makes an undistinguished white but this amber wine was quite interesting w/ just a small amount of VM character.
Grechetto is a variety planted mostly in Umbria, where it is used to make Orvieto. Arnaldo Caprai is best known for his Sagrantino di Montefalco.
