Tried this from my last Bedrock shipment last night at Pig+Fig:
1. Bedrock Riesling WirzVnyd/CienegaVlly (13.5%; Plntd: 1963; Dry farmed, own rooted; Farmed: PatWirz; Aged: neutral Fr.oak casks) 2022: Med.gold color; very fragrant R/floral/mango/spicy strong mineral/perfumed talc/chalky slight metallic/hard very perfumed nose; very tart/tangy/slight metallic totally dry very floral/R/mango/pineapple some chalky/perfumed talc/mineral bit complex flavor; very long/lingering R finish that follows flavor; a classic Wirz R that should go out 10 yrs or more; lovely Calif R. $35.00

More klippakart from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. Bedrock does an amazing job w/ their Rieslings. Their Wirz & ColeRanch are two of their best. This Wirz is a bit tight/hard right now, but a few yrs will put on weight and round out a bit I expect.
