Had these two last night for DinDin:
1. Emrich-Schonleber Riesling trocken (11.5%; Q; A.P.Nr.7 748 0662123; vonBodenImprts/Brooklyn/NY) Weingut Emrich-Schonleber/Monzingen) Nahe 2022: Med.light gold color; rather pungent/musky some floral/R/carnations/marigolds light mineral/flinty/earthy slightly coarse unusual R nose; very dry/bit austere/lean rather tart/tangy/acidic lightly floral/marigolds pungent/musky/earthy slight pineapple/R flavor; short musky light finish that mirrors flavor; a somewhat clunky/coarse expression of R that resembles Sudtirol or WashState; not a riveting expression of R. $30.00 (AV)

2. Luigi Giordano VinoRosso RW (12.5%; ThePiedmonteGuy/Shafer/MN) Luigi Giordano/Barbaresco 2022: Quite light almost rose color; very fragrant Nebb/floral/rose petal/violets strong Langhe Nebb-like slight dusty/earthy really lovely perfumed nose; fairly tart/tangy very floral/Nebb/violets/rose petal light earthy/dusty/OV rather delicate/elegant pure Nebb flavor w/ light gentle tannins; delicate floral Nebb finish that mimics flavor; a rather delicate expression of the Nebb grape; quite a pretty wine more like a Langhe Nebb w/o the tannins but a big step up from a Nebb Rosato; a very pretty Nebb at a great price. $23.00 (AV)

More zittleclap from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. First experience I believe w/ Emrich-Schonleber. A rather strange expression of R that I was not attracted to.
The Giordano is cofrmtd w/ 20% Arneis and aged briefly in SS to give it a bright/lively character. Quite a pretty Nebb w/o the hard tannins Nebb often displays.
