I bought three bottles of this yesterday. I've had Trimbach's rieslings before and liked them, but I have no experience with this top cuvee. Is it showing well now or should it get more time in the cellar?

That's what I thought. The label says to keep it for 15 years, which would be until 2030.

15 years is about right for CFE for me (though I've had lovely bottles from 80s in last few years)

I'll save it for my 75th birthday celebration.
