Tried this dessert wine this weekend:
1. Cass Roussanne LateHrvst LmtdRelease PasoRobles (12.9%; www.CassWines.com; 347 cs) Lood Kotze/PasoRobles 2013: Med.dark gold color; very intense Rouss/honeysuckle some LH/raisened/very ripe quite honeyed slight herbal very interesting/some complex nose; soft very sweet intense LateHrvsty/Rouss/honeysuckle/very ripe very honeyed lovely flavor; very long/lingering intensely honeyed finish that mimics flavor; no evidence of botrytis; a lovely very intense very honeyed dessert wine that speaks of intense Rouss; can probably go another 10 yrs or more.

1. Not ever had the Cass wines before. They specialize in Rhone varietals. From the WebSite, it appears to be a bit on the touristy side. But I would like to try more of their wines.
