More girdelgrip from The BloodyPulpit:
1. Most Semillons are not particularly interesting when young. But they are one of the most ageable white wines around and typically develop a great deal of complexity. I first learned to love old Semillon from the old Louis Martini MonteRosso Semillons and when Darrell Corti served me a 40 yr old HunterVlly Semillon. But young...a bit on the boring side. This Carlisle should make fine old bones.
MikeOfficer was a math major in college at Claremont and f'(x) pays homage to his math upbringing. He also make sometimes an Integral red wine as well, following the same homage. Now he just needs to make a Matrix.
