Leth GrunerVeltliner Ried Steinagrund DAC: Wagram (12.5%; www.Weingut-Leth.At; TheSortingTable/Napa) Leth/Fels/Wagram 2021: Med.gold color w/ bubbles that dissapate; strong floral/GV/carnations quite white pepper/spicy light mineral/stony/steely some complex lovely nose; rather tart/tangy slight steely/metallic fairly rich/lush strong GV/white pepper/spicy/floral/carnations some mineral/stony some complex flavor;very long finish that mimics flavor; quite a lovely GV w/ lots of white-pepper/spice; should improve over the next 2-6 yrs; great value at $20.00 (KK)

Vincent Roussely Irreductible Sauvignon Vin Orange VdF (12; 100% SauvBlanc; 3 weeks skin contact; no SO2; Garber & Co/Topanga/CA) Tourraine/Loire 2021: Med.dark gold very hazy color w/ lots of flocculant sediment; very strong VinoMacerati/phenolic/resiny/pungent some herbal/SB slight orangy/honeyed bit funky/natty unattractive nose; quite tart/tangy very strong phenolic/VM/resiny/earthy very light SB/herbal slight orangey bit natty/funky unattractive dlavor w/ ample bitey tannins; long tannic finish that mimics flavor; dominated by the VM/phenolic character & rather unpleasant; strongly VM & may turn into something interesting but I won't chance it; pretty overpriced at $31.00 (KK)
