Opened at home:

2018 Roessler Pinot Noir Black Pine Anderson Valley
Big improvements since our last bottle almost a year ago. Nicely concentrated dark fruit, loamy forest floor, Asian spice, acidity and structure. Should reward further aging--this is probably going to be a 10-15 year wine.

Took this to Christmas dinner:

2010 Quilceda Creek Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley
Exquisite. Perfect on nose and palate upon opening; immediately justifies this brand's fame and reputation. Decanting not required.

This wine was also there:

2019 Upchurch LTL Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon
M's bottle. Sweet, floral nose, dense and chalky black fruit on the palate. A decent drink but fails to deliver any cabernet or Red Mountain typicity at present.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
