4. Suavia Dd'OC: Soave Classico (12%; 100% Organic Garganega; WinebowImprts) Suavia/Fitta' de Soave 2022: Light gold color; quite fragrant strong/floral/carnations light stony/chalky quite pretty perfumed nose; quite tart/tangy/rather metallic/steely fairly fruity/floral/carnations somewhat metallic/tangy/stony flavor; med.long finish that mimics flavor; not a profound Soave but quite pretty/perfumed at a very good price. $21.00/$17.00 (Prima IlC)

More vigerstock from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. I was disappointed in the Handwerk. I've been buying their '18 Riesling the last few months at a very attractive price. So I was expecting a lot of the Spatburgunder. But it was not to be, alas.

2. Suavia: This showed up last Fri in my Prima IlC shipment. Low & behold, it appeared that same day in DaveMacIntyre's WashPost wine column as a recommended value white. He pretty much nailed. Most Soave is not very thrilling whites. But this one was quite good.

Depending on who you believe, closer to 3% RS. The 2021 acidity hides a lot of sugar.

I served it at a fairly cold temperature, so the r.s. didn't seem like 3%.
