WTN: A White & A Red....(short/boring)

Tried these two new wines last night:
1. Borgo SanDaniele Arbis Blanc IGT: Venezia Giulia Bianco (14%; www.BorgosAnDaniele.It; 40% SauvBlanc/20% Friulano/20% Chard/20% PinotBianco; UvaImports/Atlanta/GA) Cormons/Gorizia 2020: Med.gold color; rather fragrant ripe/melony/SB/slight herbal/musky bit floral/Friulano/carnations slight earthy some complex quite pretty nose; bit soft fairly rich/lush rather melony/ripe/SB bit floral/carnations slight citric bit complex flavor; very long soft/rich/lush finish that mirrors flavor; a rather pretty white that just seems a bit muddled & lacking in focus; speaks mostly of ripe Friuli SB. $25.00 (SFW&S)

2. Franco Serra Ad'OC: Piemonte Pinot Noir (13%; MarchettiImprts/ClevelandHeights/OH) Mombaruzzo 2021: Med.dark color; rather pleasant PN/cherry/violets some earthy/dusty/bit Burgundian quite interesting nose; lightly tart lightweight some PN/cherry/floral/violets somewhat earthy/dusty/Burgundian light pencilly/smokey slight loamy/rustic flavor w/ light tangy tannins; med.long rather earthy/dusty/loamy rustic finish that mirrors the flavor; not a lot of bright fruit but a rather pleasant rustic PN that resembles a Burgundy village wine and speaks not of Piemonte; a rather decent PN at a very reasonable price. $13.50 (KK)

More biddlespurt from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. Both of these were new producers for me. I rather liked the Arbis Blanc for speaking mostly of ripe Friuli SB. Yet it had a bit muddled/unfocused character that I couldn't quite put my finger on.
