With teriyaki salmon, soba, sesame broccoli, salad
2022 Ch. de Pampelonne rose (Cotes de Provence)
Light salmon color, light strawberry and melon fruit, good acids, but a bit thin. B-/B

Veal with sage, fettuccine with a fresh tomato sauce, green beans, and salad
2019 Vallepicciola Chianti Classico
Come across as a bit hot (says 14% abv), ripe red plum and cherry, not very long, not reason to rebuy this. B-/C+

Oysters, tuna steaks, corn, roast hakurei turnips with miso, salad
2014 Pepiere Briords Muscadet
Superb, snappy backbone, saline/oystershell over tart lemon, A-

2021 Clos de la Roilette Fleurie
Raspberry and cranberry, herby, nice, but a little muted compared to bottle a few months ago, maybe beginning to shut down a little? B/B+

Roast chicken with celeriac, radish greens, burrata caprese, salad
2010 Bize aux Guettes Savigny-les -Beaune 1er
Mostly I avoid opening 2010s, but I stumbled across this in cellar just after reading Rahsaan’s notes on 2010 Pavelot. And success! Rich red and black cherry fruit, smoke, cocoa. Balanced acids, firm but easy tannins, young but very tasty. B+/A-

Grade disclaimer: I'm a very easy grader, basically A is an excellent wine, B a good wine, C drinkable. Anything below C means I wouldn't drink at a party where it was only choice. Furthermore, I offer no promises of objectivity, accuracy, and certainly not of consistency.

Nice! Glad there was some continuity across houses...
