More gerblsplot from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. This wine is a real puzzle to me. It is characterized as a glou-glou/Vin de Soif wine. Has only a 3-day ferment. But it is much darker /extracted/structured than I would expect. But it sure came across as a serious Syrah & showed a lot of NRhone character rather than from Vaucluse/Southern Rhone/CdP region.
The importer, Steven Graf, is a new one to me. He appears to specialize in natural wines. He has an absolutly interesting portfolio that I'd like to explore more of. Most of the producers I've never heard of before.I plan to track down more of his wines. Theeir WebSite has a paucity of information & I have no idea who Steven Graf is. And who is Fifi?? Haven't a clue.
