More porrgreta from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. Gros-Plant is a very rare planting in the LoireVlly. Elsewhere, it is know as Folle-Blanche, a grape most common in the SW of France. It was once most commonly used in the production of Cognac/Armagnac. Produces fairly neutral wines.
______________
2. Guido Porro: Not a producer I have had any experience with. Makes mostly Nebb, with a bit of Barbera & Dolcetto.
