Rombauer I understand. Massican, not so much (the issues of climate change, insurance, etc. notwithstanding).

Reading what I can it seems that Dan’s efforts to grow the brand have outstripped his capabilities in terms of managing the whole of it. He appears to be staying on, so that’s good.
