WTN: Dreissigacker Riesling Reinhessen '21....(short/boring)

Tried this new wine (for me) last night:
1. Dreissigacker Riesling Organic Dry/Trocken (12.0%; A.P.Nr. 4257 4060 28 22; www.dreissigacker-wein.de/en; SchatziWines/Milan/NY) Dreissigacker Wein/Bechtheim/Reinhessen 2021: Light yellow color; bit quiet/low-key pleasant R/floral/mango/pineapple light chalky/stony slight perfumed talc fairly pretty nose; rather tart/tangy bit off-dry (r.s.:0.65 gm/100 ml) some floral/R/pineapple slight metallic/tangy bit dissolved CO2/tangy rather simple R flavor; med. lightly tart/tangy light floral/R/pineapple/citrusy finish; a pleasant enough R but just that, somewhat unthrilling & borderline dull. $23.00 (SFW&S)

More zicklewret from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. Jochen Dreissigacker runs his family wnry in the heart of the Reinhessen. Farms biodynamic, but doesn't advertise to be a natural winemaker. He makes several single-vnyd wines, but this appears to be just his basic Estate blend. It was pleasant enough, but just that.

I'm not a fan of most "basic" dry wines in 2021. To me they are thin/acidic without much interest, even from very good producers. The real top tier did fine, but that is a thin slice.
