2005 Château Haut-Bergey - I had opened a bottle of this early on and it was less than outgoing - I wondered if I had made a 'graves' mistake. Now, a few years on, I opened another one and found it improved but still not a 'wow' wine. Dark wine with lots of dark fruit, ample tannins and not yet any subtlety. Maybe it will come together in a few more years?

2005 is a big vintage. I have that same wine, and it's substantially more "stuffed" than some other years.
