2021 Domain Tempier Blanc, Bandol
Day one: bright but unexpectedly showed some dry honey and ripeness, and frankly we were a little disappointed. Drank half and put the rest in the fridge. Four days later: *here's* my wine! Brighter, steelier, ripe notes gone and now there's some herb. Splendid.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
