Kobayashi 79% Marsanne/21% Roussanne (14%; http://www.kobayashiwinery.com) 2021: Med.light yellow color; fairly strong ripe/Maarsanne/floral/appley bit honeysuckle light pencilly/oak slight stony very attractive nose; bit soft lush/ripe/slight metallic strong ripe/Marsanne/floral/appley/honeysuckle slight earthy/stony slightly Rhonish light pencilly/oak bit complex lovely flavor; very long/lingering rather rich/lush bit soft ripe/Marsanne/appley/floral/honeysuckle slight stony light pencilly/oak lovely finish; a very attractive classic WhiteRhone blend that reminds me a lot of the Jaffurs whites but less oak; bit pricey at $60.00 (vSC)
