Tried this last night from my latest Solminer shipment:

Solminer GrunerVeltliner SantaYnezVlly (12.5%; SpearVnyd/SantaRitaHills + CoquelicotVnyd; 158 cs; www.Solminer.com) Buellton 2021: Med.yellow color; fairly strong GV/white pepper/floral/carnations slight metallic/chalky rather pleasant nose; quite tart/tangy/metallic light GV/white pepper/floral bit lean/tight slight chalky/metallic pleasant flavor; med.long pleasant GV/white pepper/floral rather lean/bit lightweight light chalky/stony finish; a pleasant enough lightweight GV but just that. $34.00

1. This wine is like many of the Solminer whites. I'm always wanting a bit more intensity & impact. It may put on weight over the next year, but doubt it will ever be more that just a pleasant Gruner. Not in the same league as the Carlisle or most from Austria.
